The Employability Accelerator Programme
We are aware that the Employability Accelerator gives advantage in the graduate jobs market for those who are fortunate enough to be able to afford it. Whilst we believe that having our students developed to achieve their best is a good thing in itself for society, we also are delighted to share that for every student who completes the Employability Accelerator, £300 goes to the Spear Programme that supports employability for disadvantaged groups.

Interview Preparation Support
With virtual interviews becoming the norm, our Employability Accelerator team have designed an Interview Preparation Support session tailored to you.
Aimed at graduates or anyone new to the job market, our expert team have curated the best, most relevant tools for supporting young people in securing a job through transferable interview techniques. In the hour-long session, our employability expert will tailor their interview preparation specifically to the job you have secured an interview for and coach you through a mock interview. You’ll have the time to discuss any concerns and talk through some initial constructive feedback. Our expert will then send you a recording of your interview with in-depth feedback to help develop a personalised plan-of-action to put you in better stead for any upcoming interviews.
If you find this session useful and wish to attend our full Programme, £100 will be discounted from the fee.
Interview Preparation Support (Add-On)
We know the importance of striking the balance between showing off your personality and getting across your skills/experience in interviews.
Our EA team can also offer an extra interview coaching session prior to your mock-interview, equipping you with techniques to structure your interview answers. This session will teach you how best to answer typical interview questions such as ‘what is your biggest weakness?’. Let our experts prepare you to get the most out of your mock-interview. This is an add-on to the interview preparation support and isn’t available as an independent product.

30 Minute Coaching Session
Our FTSE 500 approved employability coaches will work 1-1 with you to help you gain self-awareness and unlock your potential by empowering you with practical tools to achieve your goals.
You will have a 30 minute session with Bex, the Global Head Coach at Ten and Co-Founder of the Employability Accelerator programme. Bex is highly experienced and knows what works for young people, she has created 3 themed sessions to support you through the job application process. These sessions can be merged for a 1.5 hour 360-degree masterclass or taken individually.
