Our Team

Our team of experts will enable you to effectively apply your best qualities to your future employment, benefiting you, your workforce, community and economy.

The teaching has been designed by ICF-accredited coaches and is delivered by Harriet and Beth, our exceptional Resurgo coaches. They will upskill you with the tried and tested work ready skills, and coach you on a 1:1 basis. Our employability expert Paul has over 7 years experience as a top graduate recruiter and will ensure you enter the workforce with your best foot forward. Dan is our Operational Director, working closely with Alicia to ensure that our Programmes run smoothly and you are as supported as you can be. Our Programme co-founder and Director, Executive Coach Bex Edwards who ‘grew up’ as a Coach at Resurgo and is now the Global Head Coach at Ten. Finally, Course co-founder Alex Cheatle, entrepreneur, business leader and passionate about the power of well designed work experience, has overall responsibility for the program.

Help Us Support Disadvantaged Young People

For every student who completes the Employability Accelerator, a donation goes to the Spear Programme that supports employability for disadvantaged groups.

The Spear Programme is Resurgo’s flagship initiative. It exists to inspire and support unemployed young people facing disadvantage, empowering them to overcome their barriers and move into sustained employment or education. With 6,000 young people being supported so far and a staggering 75% of those in fulltime employment or education one year after completing the Spear Programme, Spear are the true experts. Countless Spear trainees attest to their lives being forever changed: improved wellbeing, greater financial security, better mental health to name only a few.
